This policy applies to all professional services provided by Best Provider Credentialing, including but not limited to:
Important: Government filing fees, payer application fees, third-party background check costs, and any administrative processing fees are strictly non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to external agencies and are incurred the moment we submit your application.
Additionally, any work already performed (such as document preparation, form completion, or initial submissions) is non-refundable, even if the engagement is terminated early.
You may request to cancel your service engagement at any time. Eligibility for a partial refund depends on the stage of the work:
Best Provider Credentialing provides expert guidance to maximize your chances of approval; however, we do not guarantee acceptance by any payer, state board, or regulatory agency. Denials or rejections due to incorrect provider information, past disciplinary actions, or third-party adjudication decisions do not qualify for a refund. We will work with you to correct and resubmit applications as outlined in your service agreement.

We will respond to your request within 5–7 business days and process any approved refunds within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you are unsatisfied with our services or this refund policy, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the Governing Law clause in our Terms & Conditions, which is the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
